Confidentiality and control
The individual is the client.
Board evaluations serve the board. Search firms serve the company. boardiqo serves you: your assessment, your evidence, your report, and your decision about who sees any of it.
Three commitments
Never disclosed
Results are not shared with boards, nomination committees, search firms or employers. There is no institutional customer behind your assessment unless you are in a board workspace, and even then the chair sees only aggregates.
Never repurposed
Your responses and evidence are used to produce your report and, where a red flag exists, for human review. They are not used to profile you for third parties or sold in any form.
Never permanent
You can export your data and ask for deletion. Deletion removes your assessment, evidence and report, and your contribution to any aggregate.

Basis: boardiqo access policy. "Only when required": the reviewer sees flagged material; operations staff see access logs and support requests, not assessment content. Chair access in a workspace is limited to coverage counts and anonymised distributions.

What you can do at any time
Export
Download your report in three formats and your responses and evidence as an archive.
Share, by choice
Send your report to a chair, mentor or search partner yourself. Every share is logged in your account.
Delete
Ask for deletion of your assessment, evidence and report. Your contribution to any aggregate is removed.
Correct
Request correction of factual data in your account.
AI disclosure
Rubric scoring and the failure-pattern screen are automated. A human reviewer examines every critical red flag before a report is released and records the decision in the report. Every report states which findings were automated and which were reviewed.
