# boardiqo Refund Policy (v1.0) ## 1. Digital content delivered immediately boardiqo assessments, reports and exports are digital content. Delivery begins as soon as your purchase is confirmed and the deliverable is generated for you. ## 2. No refund once the report is generated Because the deliverable is generated specifically for you and delivered immediately, no refund is available once the report has been generated. ## 3. Express waiver of the withdrawal right By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content has been supplied. This acknowledgement is recorded with your account at checkout. ## 4. Payment problems If you were charged but no deliverable was produced, or a payment was duplicated, contact us and we will investigate and correct the charge.
